Welcome to the 2022 Sigonella Autumnfest Strongman Competition!
This year's Strongman competition is open for athletes to compete on October 22. All participating athletes will compete in a variety of events, challenging their strength and endurance.
Weight Categories:
Participants will sign up in Men's or Women's Divisions. After the weigh-in at the mandatory meeting, everyone will be put into their weight divisions:
- Men's Lightweight
- Men's Middleweight
- Men's Heavyweight
- Women's Lightweight
- Women's Middleweight
- Women's Heavyweight
Strongman Events:
- Deadlift
- Log Press
- Dball Obstacle
- Sandbag Toss
- Yoke Carry
- Final event (Top 2 in each division only) Surprise
Strongman Equipment Restrictions:
- Equipment allowed: Belt, chalk, knee wraps or sleeves, and wrist wraps.
- Equipment not allowed: No sandals, tacky, adhesive spray or gloves.
Strongman Registration / Payment
- Please note, registration will be secured through Eventbrite , but payment must be made at either gym ahead of time. Registration for this event is $21, which includes this year's Strongman tank.
Strongman Winner Announcements
- Winners will be announced onstage during this year's Autumnfest.
